Sustainability Analyst - Pictet Group

Joel Ramlill is a Sustainability Analyst for the Pictet Group. In this role, he supports the Group Sustainability Office in driving the sustainability strategy for the firm. Prior to joining Pictet in 2026, Joel worked at NATO in Brussels on climate change and energy security, and held roles at EFTA, the World Bank, and American Express. Joel holds a Master’s degree in Economics from KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a minor in Politics, from the University of Warwick.
