Dominic O’Neill
Executive Director, The Sanitation and Hygiene Fund (SHF)
Dominic O’Neill has over three decades experience in international development. Working early on with Namibia’s Ministry of Health, he later joined Raleigh International at various Country Director positions. He then joined the UK’s Department for International Development (DFID), and also served as the UK’s Executive Director on the AfDB Board.
