Anastasia is a practitioner and researcher working at the intersection of organizational behavior, finance, and the Just Transition. Before co-founding Arketa Institute for Post-Growth Finance, she worked at organizations like the Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth, World Climate Foundation, and the House of Beautiful Business.

Arketa Institute works with investment professionals and others within the finance industry to align the financial system with environmental and wellbeing needs, now and into the future. What could make “sustainable finance” genuinely sustainable? This is one of the questions at the heart of their work. They believe that changing some key assumptions about economics could enable finance to become more fit for purpose, opening up a wider spectrum of possibilities for realizing more desirable futures. By providing research insights, collaborating on solution development, and directly supporting their peers in the finance industry, Arketa seeks to contribute to an economy that can provide for the needs of all within the limits of our planet.
